  • Establishing appropriate metrics and managing/overseeing architecture governance within these domains.

You will contribute to driving strategic alignment between KPMG International’s business and technology, enabling architecture-driven transformation.

You will act as a single point of contact for EA initiatives in these domains (both within KPMG International and within the wider KPMG organization), integrating decentralized efforts into a coherent architectural landscape. You’ll support federated governance, distributed decision-making, and continuous improvement.

You will own and evolve Technology Blueprint, which is a cornerstone for KPMG’s enterprise-wide technology strategy and governance approach. This involves collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to ensure the Blueprint supports enterprise objectives.

Given that you’ll be part of a small team, you will contribute to building out and maturing the EA function within KPMG International and the wider KPMG organization, establishing best practices, frameworks, and fostering a collaborative culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
