Enterprise Architect – London | Asset Management | £140,000–£165,000 + Bonus & Benefits
A leading London-based Asset Management firm is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join its newly established Architecture function.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology and change within a highly respected investment manager.
Working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, you will:
- Help define and mature the organisation's enterprise architecture capability
- Establish frameworks, governance, standards, and target operating models that support strategic business objectives
- Provide architectural leadership across a broad portfolio of technology and transformation initiatives
- Ensure solutions align with the firm's long-term vision and investment priorities

The successful candidate will:
- Have a strong background in Enterprise Architecture within financial services, ideally asset or investment management
- Offer experience developing architecture frameworks, governance, and operating models
- Be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving architectural best practice across both business and technology domains

Salary & Benefits
- £140,000–£165,000 per annum
- Bonus and excellent benefits package
- Hybrid working (3 days a week in the London office)
