We seek Enterprise Architects who: ✔ Bridge gaps between senior stakeholders, engineers, and scholars of AI, cloud, data, and robotic automation. ✔ Create transformative architectures that marry emerging tech (e.g., AI, Big Data, cloud) with global business strategies. ✔ Deliver pragmatic solutions that cut through complex systems while maximising competitiveness.
As part of Accenture’s Technology Strategy & Advisory (TS&A) practice, our Enterprise Architecture team champions client-centric, future-proof solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy & Architecture Leadership
- Evaluate how business strategy impacts architecture (organisational models, applications, data, infrastructure, operations).
- Develop enterprise architecture visions, target states, and roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
- Translate complex technical frameworks into simple narratives for executives.
- Monitor industry trends, AI advances, and emerging tech to drive strategic change.

Transformation Design & Value Realisation
- Design actionable roadmaps using Lean and Agile methodologies.
- Construct value propositions and investment cases to guide client strategic planning.
- Target business value levers, including:
- Cost reduction
- Revised technical debt strategies
- Platform consolidation
- New digital capabilities.
Architecture Governance & Delivery Assurance
- Champion enterprise architecture governance across transformation programmes.
- Lead cross-functional decision-making (business, technology, and vendor stakeholders).
- Oversee vendor and platform evaluations, ensuring optimised performance.
Capability & Team Leadership
- Lead and develop teams of Architects for high-impact engagements.
- Build and share reusable blueprints and architectures, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Define and implement modern Enterprise Architecture (EA) operating models and maturity roadmaps.
Key Requirements
Experience & Expertise
We’re looking for professionals with: ✅ Proven track record in one or more architecture domains:
- Business, application, data, technology, or security architecture ✅ Experience leading enterprise-scale transformations with global organisations. ✅ Fluent between executive strategy and tactical execution. ✅ Strong stakeholder influence across levels of seniority. ✅ A presumptive mindset to explore and apply:
- AI and Data architecture (e.g., OpenAI, Snowflake, Palantir)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google)
- Plus other industry competitors: ERP (SAP S4), CRM (Salesforce), SCM (O9, Kinaxis), and supply chain tools.

🔹 In-depth Products industry architectural knowledge (ideally with a sub-sector focus). 🔹 Experience shaping enterprise-wide capability models or maturity assessments. 🔹 Expertise in data governance, security, and privacy principles. 🔹 Familiarity with industry-specific frameworks:
- LeanIX, TOGAF, COBIT, Scaled Agile Framework, ITIL infrastructure standards. 🔹 Prior consulting, architecture, or TSA/AI-centric strategic work.
