“Across the globe, we care deeply about every project’s impact—on our clients and the communities we operate in.” — Julie Sweet, Accenture CEO

Why This Role Excites Us

Do you thrive at the business-technology edge? Are you a visionary problem-solver who combines deep technical expertise with business acumen?

We seek Enterprise Architects who: ✔ Bridge gaps between senior stakeholders, engineers, and scholars of AI, cloud, data, and robotic automation. ✔ Create transformative architectures that marry emerging tech (e.g., AI, Big Data, cloud) with global business strategies. ✔ Deliver pragmatic solutions that cut through complex systems while maximising competitiveness.

As part of Accenture’s Technology Strategy & Advisory (TS&A) practice, our Enterprise Architecture team champions client-centric, future-proof solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Enterprise Strategy & Architecture Leadership

  • Evaluate how business strategy impacts architecture (organisational models, applications, data, infrastructure, operations).
  • Develop enterprise architecture visions, target states, and roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
  • Translate complex technical frameworks into simple narratives for executives.
  • Monitor industry trends, AI advances, and emerging tech to drive strategic change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
