Role Description

The Enterprise Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for driving growth among large enterprise customers. This position involves:

  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Building and managing a robust sales pipeline
  • Leading consultative conversations with senior stakeholders to understand their logistics and delivery challenges
  • Preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals
  • Collaborating with product and operations teams to shape solutions
  • Negotiating commercial terms that align with customer needs and company objectives

The role includes:

  • Tracking performance metrics
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Providing market and customer feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise business development, B2B sales, or account management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, transportation, or SaaS.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and consultative selling to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze customer operations and data, translate business needs into solutions, and articulate value using clear commercial logic.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Comfort working with technology-driven products, including cloud platforms, APIs, and data dashboards; interest in AI, automation, and IoT is beneficial.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple complex opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in or with UK-based enterprises and familiarity with the London and broader UK market is an advantage.
