ABOUT JOTFORM
Jotform is a San Francisco-based SaaS company with more than 35 million users worldwide. We are thriving and growing, and we’ve never needed outside funding. That’s because we like keeping things agile, independent, and fun. Jotform believes everyone should be able to create their own online forms. Our 10,000+ ready-made form templates, 100+ integrations, and more than 380 widgets have made us one of the most popular online form builders for organizations of all sizes — from small businesses to enterprises.
As a rapidly growing company, Jotform is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the sales operations in EMEA. This territory includes, but is not limited to, Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for the candidate who is currently located, authorized to work, in the United Kingdom.
Released in 2018, Jotform Enterprise helps multiuser organizations automate workflows and business processes as well as collect internal and/or external data in a structured manner. At Jotform, we believe paperwork shouldn’t slow you down. We’re dedicated to making online data and payment collection as seamless as possible, so you can build a better workflow while building your business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an accomplished account executive with a proven track record of over achievement selling complex enterprise technology, particularly Software as a Service (SaaS). Our Business Development Managers (BDMs) own significant territories and work alongside our world-class Pre-sales and Support Engineers to build successful relationships that lead to new business opportunities while maintaining superior relationships with existing customers to grow their accounts. The ideal candidate applies solution selling methodologies to close business, exceed sales targets, and maximize revenue growth.
The BDM is responsible for selling Jotform Enterprise in the EMEA Region. The role requires a strong command of enterprise sales, SaaS selling, project management, relationship-based selling, and consultative solution selling.
The key objectives of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Create and execute proven processes to generate new sales of Jotform Enterprise to small, medium, and large businesses and enterprises, nonprofits, NGOs, governments, and educational institutions
- Respond to incoming leads within the territory with utmost care and professionalism
- Leverage your existing network to build a pipeline through social selling platforms
- Develop and nurture clients with your territory helping address their needs and challenges
- Develop, plan, and execute customer acquisition campaigns around the enterprise offering
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers
- Deliver smart and inspiring product demos, provide insightful technical answers and recommend creative ways to get the most out of Jotform’s tools
- Own the sales cycle —discovery, solution design, negotiation, collaboration, and sale close
- Help determine appropriate pricing and packaging options that provide maximum value to both Jotform and our customers
- Build lasting relationships with enterprise clients, keeping customers happy and continually growing existing accounts by identifying additional use cases and signing additional groups within the account
- Provide input to engineering teams about customer needs and requirements to drive maximum value and success for Jotform customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
