The Opportunity:

Nigel Wright Recruitment are partnering with an ambitious, high-growth Data & AI consultancy that is entering an exciting new phase of commercial expansion.

Having built an impressive reputation delivering data transformation, analytics and AI solutions to enterprise clients, the business is now scaling its commercial function and accelerating its growth strategy across London and the South East. With a growing portfolio of clients across Financial Services, Gaming, Technology, Retail and Hospitality, the organisation has developed a unique AI-enabled framework that helps businesses unlock greater value from their data and become truly AI-ready.

As part of this next stage of growth, they are seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to establish and grow a London territory, create new enterprise relationships and drive revenue through a consultative, account-based sales approach.

This is not a transactional sales environment. The role requires someone who enjoys building strategic relationships, navigating complex buying journeys and engaging senior decision-makers around business outcomes, transformation and commercial value.

For an ambitious enterprise sales professional, this is an opportunity to join a business with significant momentum, a highly relevant market proposition and the chance to genuinely influence the growth trajectory of the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
