Join Yunojuno.com as an Enterprise Business Development Representative to drive growth within the UK’s largest organizations. You will engage senior stakeholders in Procurement and HR to solve complex contingent workforce challenges using our proven platform. This outbound-first role is a strategic opportunity to build pipeline for a market-leading, profitable SaaS business.

- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn to secure meetings with senior Contingent Workforce and Procurement leaders.
- Identify organizational challenges within £20m+ annual spend workforce programs to qualify early-stage pipeline for the Senior Enterprise Sales team.
- Maintain disciplined documentation of stakeholder context and discovery insights within the CRM to ensure seamless handovers and accurate tracking.
The ideal candidate
- Deep domain expertise in the contingent workforce ecosystem, including experience with MSP models, VMS platforms, or high-level recruitment and staffing.
- Proven track record in B2B business development with the resilience and drive to conduct consistent daily outbound outreach to enterprise gatekeepers.
- Strong discovery and qualification skills with the ability to articulate complex workforce models and operational challenges to Director and VP-level stakeholders.
