About the Company
We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company in the cybersecurity sector, recognised for its innovative technology, high-performing sales culture, and clear career progression. With ambitious growth plans and a strong presence across the Benelux region, they're looking to hire an Enterprise Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join their London team.
The Role
As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you'll focus on engaging large organisations across the Benelux market, identifying strategic opportunities, and generating high-quality pipeline for the Enterprise Account Executive team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has experience selling into enterprise organisations and is looking to continue building a career within a high-growth SaaS business. You'll receive ongoing coaching, advanced sales training, and a clear progression path into an Enterprise Account Executive role.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target enterprise organisations across the Benelux region
- Build strategic outbound campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Engage senior decision-makers and qualify complex sales opportunities
- Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and progress target accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records while consistently achieving activity and pipeline targets
- Develop a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market and enterprise buying processes
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
- Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, Business Development Representative, or similar sales role within a SaaS or technology business
- Experience selling into enterprise or strategic accounts is essential
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating larger organisations
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
- Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
- Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
