About the Role
We believe top-line revenue growth starts with a high-performing sales team. As the Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll identify and qualify prospects who will benefit from Buildots’ solutions at scale.

Your critical responsibilities include outbound prospecting, beginning promising relationships, and setting up our Enterprise Sales team for success—all while driving top-line revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability growth. You must be a fast learner with strong communication skills and the ability to articulate our value proposition compellingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Research large enterprise customers to map key personas and engagement triggers.
- Execute outbound campaigns through cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate opportunities.
- Deliver a persuasive value proposition, qualify needs, and assess fit with Buildots’ offerings.
- Maintain a high-performing sales pipeline tailored to enterprise needs.
- Meet monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to focus on high-potential accounts and develop targeted coalition-building strategies.
- Continuously refine and refine closer-poised intelligence and scalability methods under coaching

Requirements
✔ 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or BDR in a B2B SaaS environment (critical). ✔ Proven ability to reach targets with persistence and agility. ✔ Exceptional verbal/written communication skills—pitch and listen effectively at scale. ✔ Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to cut through complexity and uncover opportunities. ✔ Salesforce proficiency is a distinct asset—not mandatory but preferred. ✔ Positive attitude and humour—this team thrives on collaboration and fun.
