What You’ll Be Doing
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve real, measurable value from our solutions. This is a strategic role focused on customer success, retention, and growth, engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their objectives and drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Customer Success
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, including C-suite stakeholders
- Understand customer challenges and objectives to shape tailored success plans
- Focus on long-term outcomes rather than reactive issue resolution
- Guide customers towards deepened product adoption and clear demonstration of return on investment (ROI)
Commercial Ownership
- Take responsibility for retention and revenue growth across your portfolio
- Support renewals and expansion opportunities
- Manage the customer lifecycle, from identifying growth potential through to delivering outcomes
Insight-Led Engagement
- Deliver structured business reviews that influence decision-making
- Increase customer adoption and demonstrate measurable value and ROI
- Monitor customer health, identifying risks and opportunities
- Use data and insights to support strategic recommendations

Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with teams, including Sales, Support, Professional Services, to drive outcomes
- Supports smooth progression of customer initiatives across internal functions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage AI, automation, and data tools to drive efficiency and positive outcomes
- Explore new approaches to addressing complex customer challenges
- Stay updated on product advancements, competitor trends, and industry best practices
Ideal Experience Background
- Backgrounds may include Customer Success or Strategic Account Management
- Robust experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments
- Direct involvement in fleet, transport, logistics, or construction industries
- A proven history with enterprise B2B customers at scale
Key Preferences
- Experience managing high-value or enterprise accounts
- Experience in C-suite relationship development
- Demonstrated ability to drive retention metrics and revenue growth across multi-stakeholder environments
- Key problem solver with sharp commercial acumen and business outcomes mindset
- Proven comfort in independent high-accountability roles, managing paralleled customer portfolios
- Startup and outcome-focused mindset
