Job Summary

As the Enterprise Customer Success Manager at CyberArk, you’ll leverage your expertise to cultivate trusted customer relationships, ensuring seamless CyberArk platform adoption and measurable return on investment (ROI). Your role will include:

  • Proactive customer engagement
  • Outcome-driven reporting and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking
  • Strategic cross-team collaboration (Sales, Sales Engineers, Professional Services) to meet customer needs
  • Serving as a trusted security advisor on best practices

Experience with CyberArk (or another enterprise security/identity management system) is highly desirable.


Responsibilities

Customer Relationship and Success Management

  • Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners.
  • Be the primary point of contact for high-value customer relationships, spanning products/geographies.
  • Collaborate with customers to define and refine success criteria.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align with customer outcomes.
  • Monitor customer retention and risks for 'at-risk' accounts.

Product Expertise and Adoption

  • Maintain deep understanding of CyberArk products (features/functionality) and align them with cybersecurity needs.
  • Track product adoption rates to improve retention.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans (expansion, retention, risk mitigation) with functional teams.

Commercial and Operational Oversight

  • Work closely with sales teams for renewals, upsells, and contract expansion.
  • Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) via support ticketing systems.

Qualifications

Customer Success & Relationship Building

✔ 5+ years in Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles. ✔ Proven ability to engage enterprise clients and build relationships from ** leadership down to executive levels. ✔ Experience driving reduced churn and increased Net Recurring Revenue (NRR).

Technical Expertise

✔ Strong grasp of security frameworks (IAM, SIEM, governance) ✔ Expertise in enterprise directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD & cloud ecosystems) ✔ Hands-on experience with:

  • Windows/Active Directory administration
  • UNIX/Linux + database knowledge
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for preference

✔ Familiarity with scripting, development, and DevOps (a plus) ✔ Experience with enterprise software deployment (Windows/UNIX platforms)

Industry-Specific Knowledge (Preferred)

🔹 Experience with CyberArk, or another **enterprise security platform (IAM, federal identity governance tools). 🔹 Foundational skills in identity management (IAM), policy/responsibility collaboration.

Soft Skills & Communication

✔ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Ability to collaborate seamlessly across internal teams. ✔ English fluency required; multilingual abilities are a bonus.
