We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong focus on Data Architecture to help shape enterprise-wide technology strategy, define modern data capabilities, and create value-driven roadmaps for delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business goals into scalable architectural solutions, with deep expertise in modern data architecture patterns, platforms, and technologies. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to establish strategic direction, improve data capabilities, and support transformation initiatives.

Experience or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Machine Learning, Generative AI, and emerging AI-enabled systems, would be advantageous but is not the primary focus of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve enterprise data architecture strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Design modern data architecture patterns, principles, and frameworks across the organisation.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps to deliver improved data capabilities and business value.
  • Provide architectural leadership across data-driven transformation programmes.
  • Assess and recommend modern data technologies, platforms, and integration approaches.
  • Support the adoption of scalable, secure, and governed data solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, engineering teams, and delivery functions.
  • Provide architectural guidance on data modelling, data platforms, data integration, and data governance.
  • Influence technical decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Support innovation initiatives, including potential AI and advanced analytics capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
