Enterprise Demand Generation Manager
We’re seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and execute digital-first campaigns that drive qualified pipeline from high-value enterprise accounts. This demand-first role focuses on target accounts, digital campaign execution, ABM strategies, conversion optimization, and leveraging AI-enabled workflows to maximize revenue impact.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Management, Growth Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Product Marketing to design and implement integrated enterprise campaigns across:
- Paid digital marketing
- Webinars
- Landing pages
- Nurture workflows
- Social media
- Content marketing
- Events

Create tailored Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaign plays for priority accounts, regions, products, and verticals.

Utilize cutting-edge tools to target, personalize, and optimize campaigns with:
- Salesforce

Improve conversion across:
- Landing pages
- Forms
- Nurture journeys
- Paid campaigns
- Follow-up sequences

Work closely with Sales and Business Development Reps (BDRs) to convert digital engagements into meetings and opportunities.

- Campaign planning
- Personalization
- Reporting
- Content repurposing
- Sales enablement

Drive accountability and impact with data-driven reporting, tracking:
- Engagement metrics
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Meetings booked
- Opportunities generated
- Pipeline contribution
- ROI and digital conversion performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven demand generation expertise with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM).
- Hands-on experience designing and executing digital campaigns (paid media, email, webinars, landing pages) and optimising nurture sequences.
- Confident in using MarTech tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and complex digital marketing platforms.
- Understanding of how to replicate estimated VOAs across regional businesses using specified methodologies (ideally Sedmetric).
- AI-first mindset—ability to integrate AI-driven automation into campaign strategy, personalisation, and workflows.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on generating pipeline and driving revenue outcomes.
- Strong sales alignment, with experience enabling BDRs and account teams for higher conversion rates.
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimisation and reporting.
