Job Description
The Enterprise Enablement Senior Manager leads a team responsible for driving improvements in cost efficiency, process standardisation, and technology simplification across the business.
The role creates transparency on how work is performed and its associated cost, using this insight to identify and deliver optimisation, automation, and technology rationalisation outcomes. Through business process ownership and enterprise integration, the role supports the transition to standardised Business Technology Capabilities (BTCs) and the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes.
This is a strategically re-shaped senior leadership role, requiring an individual who can define direction, build organisational alignment, develop capability, and drive a forward-looking transformation agenda across Europe, including the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
Location & Working Arrangements
This role is based in London, UK (primary location) but could be based in any European M&C office.
This role is required to operate within bp’s hybrid working model, including regular office presence in line with team needs, and to model and support these working arrangements, promoting effective and collaborative ways of working across teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
