About Rockborne
Rockborne is an award-winning Data and AI consultancy with a clear mission: to help organisations unlock greater value from their data by building stronger, more capable teams. We support clients through a combination of:
- Data and AI consulting and project delivery
- Embedded data consultants
- Bespoke training and capability programmes
- Strategic support across data, analytics and AI
Our clients include major organisations across insurance, financial services, retail, energy and the public sector. From deploying individual consultants into client teams to delivering broader transformation programmes, we tailor our solutions around each organisation’s challenges and ambitions.
Rockborne is part of the Harnham Group, giving us access to extensive Data and Analytics market expertise, talent networks and established enterprise relationships.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Growth Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic client relationships while helping Rockborne develop further within a specialist market. The initial focus is likely to be insurance and financial services, where Rockborne already has a growing client base and a strong network across the London insurance market. We are also open to candidates with relevant experience across retail, where we have established relationships and further growth potential.
This is not a traditional account management role. You will be responsible for developing existing accounts, building new relationships within those organisations, and identifying opportunities to introduce Rockborne’s broader consultancy offering. You will also help shape and execute a go-to-market strategy for your specialist vertical, supported by Rockborne’s SDR team and senior leadership.
You will work closely with senior data stakeholders to understand their priorities, identify capability or delivery gaps, and develop appropriate solutions across consulting, project delivery, training and consultant deployment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
