Enterprise Integration Architect

We're searching for an Enterprise Integration Architect to join us on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to act as the enterprise integration architect and contribute to the enterprise architecture vision and strategy, to accelerate and/or enable business growth. Design and maintain reliable, scalable, and accessible integration architectures that meets evolving business objectives. Ensure integration services, products, and solutions are aligned to both architecture and engineering standards, supporting operational, strategic, and tactical needs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Extensive experience in enterprise integration architectures, integration methods and technologies, and solution design within complex organisations. Complementary experience in enterprise application architectures with considerable experience in Application Programmable Interfaces (API). Proven ability to align technical solutions with business strategy, enterprise architecture, and engineering standards. Strong knowledge of enterprise integration platforms, public cloud integration services (e.g., Databricks, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, ServiceNow), and application, data, process, service, and system integration toolsets. Ability to evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and alternative approaches. Awareness of, and preferably practitioner of, CIS, DAMA, INCOSE, ITIL, and TOGAF. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, in a federated organisation. Be an architecture evangelist and engaging communicator. Be a system thinker, delivering transformative change, with a growth mindset and value creation as your core - embracing experimentation. Strong expertise and experience in multi-modal delivery methods. Understand the value of non-functional requirements and how they can be incorporated into a compelling architecture

KEY RESULT AREAS
Alignment of integration services, products and solution designs with the enterprise architecture mission, vision and strategy. Engagement with the business engagement teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into cost effective fit-4-purpose solutions. Development and maintenance of the enterprise integration architecture, ensuring it is resilient, scalable, and meets current and future business requirements. Collaboration with colleagues to create detailed solution designs that align with the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and strategic plans. Development and championing of, opportunities for effective, efficient, and secure [Applications, Data, Process, Service, System] integration within and across STARK Group entities and ecosystem partners. Be integral to the business engagement team, by technically leading and guiding delivery teams. Work closely with application, connectivity, data, platform, and security engineering teams to simplify and automate the organisation, ensuring reliability, scalability, and accessibility. Provide thought leadership on how, where, and when, to consolidate services and systems, by exploiting existing capabilities. Identify and exploit common patterns, synergies and similarities to promote re-usability and futureproofing of integration services and solutions. Integrate solutions where appropriate with Group IT. Establish and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and documentation. Championing the vision for the Enterprise architecture and a roadmap to realise it.
