Job Description
Lenovo is seeking an experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and pipeline growth across large enterprise and mid-market accounts in the UK and Ireland. Partnering closely with sales teams, you will develop and execute integrated marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that support Lenovo's full portfolio of solutions, services, and devices. This hybrid role is based in Farnborough with occasional travel for customer and industry events.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth across large enterprise and mid-market accounts in the UKI region.
- Design and deliver targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for priority enterprise accounts and buying groups.
- Partner closely with enterprise sales teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic account plans and business objectives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, executive engagement, and partner marketing channels.
- Create and deliver tailored customer engagement programs, including executive roundtables, customer briefings, and industry events.
- Promote Lenovo’s end-to-end portfolio, including workplace solutions, infrastructure, services, hybrid cloud, and AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with UKI, EMEA, and global marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution excellence.
- Measure, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, providing insights on marketing contribution to pipeline, opportunities, and revenue.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, enterprise marketing, demand generation, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) methodologies.
- Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Strong understanding of pipeline generation, lead management, and marketing performance measurement.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and business functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Professional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
