Enterprise Marketing Manager
Enterprise Marketing Manager | B2B ABM | Engineering & Manufacturing
- Base salary: £40,000 - £45,000
- Benefits: £6,000 car allowance (in addition to base salary), hybrid working, frequent UK & international travel
About the Role
We are assisting a long-standing engineering and technology client with recruiting an Enterprise Marketing Manager to execute high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for enterprise-level accounts.
This position sits centrally within commercial strategy, collaborating closely with sales teams, technical specialists, and global technology partners. The role involves designing and implementing personalised, data-driven campaigns that directly influence pipeline growth, customer expansion, and account value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and refine the ABM strategy in alignment with commercial objectives
- Develop bespoke account plans and engagement frameworks for 1:1, 1-to-few, and 1-to-many campaigns
- Execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, content, webinars, events, and sales enablement
- Craft compelling, targeted messaging for both technical and commercial decision-makers
- Partner closely with enterprise sales teams and account stakeholders
- Collaborate with external technology partners on joint initiatives
- Track and analyse campaign engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact
- Utilise CRM platforms (Salesforce), intent data, and analytics to optimise marketing performance

Required Skills & Experience
✔ Strong B2B marketing experience with hands-on ABM execution ✔ In-depth knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and complex buying processes ✔ Ability to align marketing with sales teams and executive stakeholders ✔ Skill in creating evidence-based messaging for both technical and non-technical aesthetics ✔ Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical and CRM (Salesforce/Pardot) expertise
