The Job Role
The Networking Sales Specialist supports all non–Key Account networking opportunities, enabling the wider sales team to sell Aruba and Juniper solutions more effectively. The role focuses on simplifying processes, speeding up quoting, and increasing conversion rates while working closely with Account Managers, BDMs, and vendors to drive networking revenue and margin.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include
Act as the main networking specialist for Aruba and Juniper opportunities Own networking enquiries end-to-end, from request to PO Produce accurate, timely quotes and proactively progress opportunities Work as an extension of sales accounts, providing networking expertise Collaborate with Networking BDMs to grow attach and penetration Build strong relationships with sales teams and vendors Support and manage a strong SMB and Focus account networking pipeline Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and opportunity updates Contribute to revenue and profit targets through effective deal support Ensure compliance with sales and approval processes Maintain high standards of quote, opportunity, and order administration Share customer insights with BDMs and sales leadership

Is this the role for you?
Skills
To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience and the desire to develop in other areas:
Proven experience in IT sales, ideally with exposure to enterprise or mid‑market customers Working knowledge of HPE Networking (Aruba & Juniper) or similar enterprise networking portfolios Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently Confident communicator with the ability to influence internally and externally Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow‑through

Increased networking revenue and margin Improved conversion rates and shorter sales cycles Positive feedback from sales teams Accurate pipeline and forecasting visibility
