Strategic Account Executive – Enterprise Partnerships
UK-Based | EMEA
Up to £120,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
London (Hybrid) with UK & EMEA Travel
The Opportunity:
We're partnering with a global organisation that helps enterprise businesses accelerate workforce transformation through technology, learning and AI-driven solutions.
This is a strategic new business role focused on winning large enterprise opportunities through a partner-led sales model. You'll work alongside leading technology and consulting partners to identify opportunities, shape solutions and close complex, high-value deals across EMEA.
The Role:
You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature, developing joint go-to-market plans, running complex sales processes, leading bids and creating bespoke proposals for enterprise customers. Opportunities may be generated by either side of the partnership, requiring a genuine co-selling approach throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth across enterprise accounts.
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from opportunity to close.
- Build and manage strategic partner relationships to generate and progress opportunities.
- Lead complex bids, commercial negotiations and proposal development.
- Collaborate with internal and partner teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
- Accurately manage pipeline and forecast against revenue targets.

What We're Looking For
- Proven success selling complex enterprise SaaS, technology or services.
- Track record of closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience working within a partner or alliance sales model.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and solution-selling skills.
- Comfortable operating in long sales cycles across enterprise organisations.
