Strategic Account Executive – Enterprise Partnerships

UK-Based | EMEA
Up to £120,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
London (Hybrid) with UK & EMEA Travel

The Opportunity:

We're partnering with a global organisation that helps enterprise businesses accelerate workforce transformation through technology, learning and AI-driven solutions.

This is a strategic new business role focused on winning large enterprise opportunities through a partner-led sales model. You'll work alongside leading technology and consulting partners to identify opportunities, shape solutions and close complex, high-value deals across EMEA.

The Role:

You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature, developing joint go-to-market plans, running complex sales processes, leading bids and creating bespoke proposals for enterprise customers. Opportunities may be generated by either side of the partnership, requiring a genuine co-selling approach throughout the sales process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
