Purpose of the Role
This role sits at the intersection of dentsu's Global Partnerships, Amplifi and Integrated Solutions teams, responsible for identifying, shaping and commercialising enterprise growth opportunities across our strategic enterprise partners, including Google, Meta, Amazon and Open AI. Working across Media, CXM, Creative and Data & Technology, the role will help translate dentsu's Media++ strategy into scalable client solutions and material commercial growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a holistic view of the value created through Dentsu’s relationships with major enterprise technology platforms, looking beyond media income to opportunities across technology, data and emerging areas of innovation
- Work closely with Global Partnership leads and Amplifi’s commercial teams to identify, shape and unlock short- and long-term growth opportunities.
- Develop clear commercial pathways for growth, including media revenue, cloud consumption, partner incentives, joint go-to-market programmes and new service opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise platform partners, agencies, markets and internal stakeholders across Dentsu’s Media, Creative, CXM and Business Transformation capabilities.
- Translate changes in platform strategy, client needs and market dynamics into clear commercial opportunities for Dentsu.
- Develop joint business opportunities and growth plans that create value for Dentsu, its clients and platform partners.
- Explore emerging opportunities across cloud, AI, AdTech, MarTech and engineering investment, helping Dentsu move early where there is potential to innovate or create new value.
- Connect strategic partnership priorities with robust commercial models, working with specialist teams on areas including trading, contracting, funding and delivery.
- Support the development of an integrated, 360-degree approach to enterprise partnerships across Dentsu’s agencies, markets and Lines of Business.
- Bring structure and visibility to value opportunities across partnerships, helping stakeholders understand where value is being created and how it can be developed.
- Influence senior stakeholders across a complex global organisation without direct reporting authority, building alignment and momentum around shared opportunities.
- Over time, help connect enterprise platform opportunities more closely with client needs and Dentsu’s broader integrated solutions agenda.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
