About the client
We're partnering with a fast-growing global Data & AI consulting firm that is delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programmes for leading multinational organisations.
We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Planning Digital Transformation Lead to lead digital supply chain transformation initiatives, enabling modern planning capabilities across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, drive enterprise-wide planning transformation, and shape the future operating model using modern planning platforms such as OMP, Kinaxis, or similar solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end enterprise planning transformation programmes across multiple business units and geographies.
- Own programme governance, delivery roadmap, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
- Drive the implementation of enterprise planning capabilities including:
- Production Sequencing
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Optimisation
- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, Digital, and Finance leaders to deliver business outcomes.
- Support future operating model design and digital transformation strategy.
- Enable digital analytics, KPI reporting, and planning insights across the organisation.
- Drive adoption, change management, capability building, and user enablement.
- Collaborate with technology partners and external vendors to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Champion best practices in enterprise planning and digital supply chain transformation.

What We're Looking For
- 10–13 years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Enterprise Planning, or Supply Chain Transformation
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong expertise in one or more enterprise planning platforms: OMP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, SAP IBP or Similar planning platforms
- Strong understanding of: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Inventory Management and Manufacturing Operations
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Excellent programme management, communication, and leadership skills
- Consulting experience within global transformation programmes will be highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Experience working within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, or Industrial sectors is highly desirable.
