In your role as a DevOps/SRE Engineer, you will be in the vanguard of developing our technology advantage by maintaining the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud and on-premises infrastructure. You will collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and race strategists to streamline application deployments, track system performance, and debug advanced operational issues.
Your work will directly impact the team's race performance by guaranteeing clean data flow and minimizing system downtimes, ultimately giving our drivers and strategists the data they need to succeed.
Infrastructure Management: Create, execute, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure to accommodate mission-critical applications, such as race telemetry and real-time analytics systems.
CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast deployment and iteration of software updates.
Monitoring & Alerting: Use advanced monitoring tools for proactive system health monitoring and automated incident alerts.
Site Reliability: Enhance system reliability through efficient incident management, root cause analysis, and capacity planning.

Collaboration & Communication: Interact with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data engineers, and race strategists, to enable seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Automation & Optimization: Automate infrastructure management and operations to enhance scalability and performance.
Requirements
What do we need from you?
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI, or Google Cloud)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
- In CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
- Expert in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging software (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Knowledge of networking, security, and performance tuning
- Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles, preferably working on high-performance computing or data-intensive applications (essential)
