ERP Systems Administrator & Support Analyst
Beeston, Nottinghamshire (Office Based)
Permanent
Salary: Up to £50,000
Are you an experienced ERP Systems Administrator or ERP Application Support professional looking for your next challenge? We're looking for someone to take ownership of a business-critical ERP system within a well-established manufacturing business. Whilst the organisation currently uses Infor M3 CloudSuite, previous M3 experience isn't essential – full training will be provided. If you've supported another ERP platform and enjoy solving problems, improving systems and working closely with users, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an excellent opportunity to become the internal ERP specialist, working alongside the IT Manager and external partners to support, develop and continuously improve the company's core business systems.
Alongside ERP administration, you'll also play a key role in supporting the wider IT environment, making this a varied position with excellent long-term career prospects.
The Role
As the ERP Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day support, administration and continuous improvement of the company's ERP platform, ensuring users receive excellent support while helping the business maximise the value of its systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
