Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies.
- Identify, assess, and monitor potential risks within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide risk analysis and reporting to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Establish risk appetite and tolerance levels in alignment with organisational goals.
- Regularly review and update risk management processes and documentation.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on risk-related matters for employees.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Enterprise Risk Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Experience in risk management within the business services industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk assessment methodologies.
- Proficiency in analysing financial data and preparing detailed reports.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
