Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor potential risks within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide risk analysis and reporting to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Establish risk appetite and tolerance levels in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Regularly review and update risk management processes and documentation.
  • Conduct training and awareness sessions on risk-related matters for employees.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Enterprise Risk Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Experience in risk management within the business services industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Proficiency in analysing financial data and preparing detailed reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
