About the Role
hackajob is collaborating with Atos to connect them with exceptional professionals for this critical position.
As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining Atos Group’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. Your work will ensure that strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, and emerging risks are effectively identified, assessed, monitored, and reported in line with the organisation’s risk appetite and governance standards.
Working closely with senior management and the Board, you will provide clear, actionable insights into risk exposures, enabling informed decision-making across the business.

You’ll work in our dynamic financial services team, driving efficiency and delivering exceptional services to clients across the sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust ERM framework, integrating strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, and emerging risk consideration.
- Provide enterprise-wide risk oversight, ensuring risks are aligned with the organisation’s risk appetite and governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk awareness across all business functions, including compliance, finance, and operational teams.
- Effectively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, drawing on deep analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Foster risk-aware decision-making by presenting insights in an actionable and digestible way to senior leaders and the Board of Directors.
- Develop and implement risk reporting systems, ensuring transparency and clarity around risk performance and governance.
- Drive compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring the organisation remains aligned with evolving industry standards.
- Offer constructive challenge and guidance to management teams on risk integration and control environments.

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
- Proven experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and/or Operational Risk, preferably in a financial services or regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERM frameworks, including risk identification, assessment, and reporting.
- Track record in risk governance and reporting to senior leadership, executive committees, and boards.
- Ability to provide effective oversight and apply constructive challenge to leadership on risk matters.
- Strong knowledge of risk appetite frameworks, controls, and regulatory expectations (e.g., BCBS, FRTB, EMIR for financial sectors).
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed risk practices.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex risk information for all levels in the business.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., banking, Fintech, insurance).
Desirable
- High-level attention to detail and exacting standards.
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset and a solution-focused approach, enabling independent resolution of issues.
- Familiarity with risk modelling tools and techniques.
- Previous experience managing risks in high-volume transactions or complex corporate environments.
