Our suite of products is market-leading in the customer experience space, and we are experiencing exceptional success. With ambitious growth targets, we are seeking committed, high-performing sales professionals who possess the skills, experience, and proven track record to collaborate with their team and drive enterprise-wide growth.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong enterprise sales skills, alongside a proven ability to lead and support a range of specialised teams, including:

  • Solution consultants
  • Digital strategy specialists
  • Product specialists
  • Industry experts
  • Marketing and customer success professionals

This collaboration will be client-focused, fostering long-term relationship-building essential for unlocking business value.


What You’ll Do

As a Senior Account Executive within our core industries team, you will take ownership of some of our most important and strategically meaningful clients. Your role will involve:

  • Relationship management:

    • Closely managing client engagements to drive value from existing investments
    • Positioning and expanding new Adobe technology investments
  • Collaborative engagement:

    • Aligning closely with support teams including:

      • Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
      • Solution consultants
      • Enterprise architects
      • Digital strategy experts
      • Marketing and inside sales
    • Leading client engagement, aligning value frameworks, and managing cross-functional executive communications

  • Revenue generation:

    • Developing sales strategies to deliver net new revenue
  • Cross-team collaboration:

    • Proven ability to work closely with Partners, Consulting, and Solution Specialists (SCs)
  • Customer advocacy:

    • Leveraging customer references and building vertical/segment-specific value metrics

  • Marketing and PR support:

    • Collaborating with the marketing team to drive marketing activities and PR initiatives
  • Solution selling:

    • Demonstrating strong solution-selling capabilities

What You Need To Succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Validated enterprise software sales experience, specialising in global enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of:
    • Selling and securing multi-million, multi-year deals
    • Conveying clear points of view (POVs) and demonstrating value realization
  • Achieved or exceeded sales quota and market share targets consistently
  • Successfully sold to C-level executives, particularly CMOs/Digital Leaders
  • Excellent networking abilities to build and nurture relationships
  • Strong solution-selling skills, with a proven ability to craft win-win proposals
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining high productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Ambitious, goal-driven, and focused motivation
