As an Enterprise Sales Consultant at Airies GmbH, you will drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI literacy and certification programs. You will engage with HR directors and C-suite executives at mid-sized and enterprise firms to implement structured learning solutions, helping organizations future-proof their workforce through practical AI implementation and department-specific training.

What You Will Do
- Identify and engage high-value prospects including HR Directors, L&D Managers, and CEOs through proactive outbound sales and relationship building.
- Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to present tailored Airies GmbH solutions that address specific workforce upskilling needs and AI implementation goals.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial outreach to closing complex enterprise partnerships across recruitment, education, and corporate sectors.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record in B2B software sales, ideally within the EdTech, HR technology, or corporate learning and development industries.
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the self-motivation to operate independently and drive results in a high-ticket commission-based structure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers in global organizations.
