The Opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Enterprise Sales Development Representative to help drive new business growth. You’ll be at the forefront of our outreach strategy - prospecting into enterprise accounts, engaging senior leaders, generating new pipeline and acting as a trusted voice of the Corndel brand. This is a high impact role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership, shape outbound strategy and play a critical part in the growth of our enterprise client base. What You’ll Do Identify, research and map high priority personas within named enterprise accounts Build and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using Salesloft Engage prospects through email, phone and LinkedIn to book discovery meetings Manage and track activity using HubSpot, Sales Navigator, 6Sense and SalesLoft Build credibility through social selling and professional insight sharing Nurture Marketing Qualified Leads and convert them into sales ready opportunities What You’ll Bring 2–3 years’ experience in a strategic sales development or outbound SDR role Proven ability to engage C level and senior enterprise stakeholders Strong research-based outreach skills and a strategic mindset Excellent written and verbal communication Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously Curiosity, coachability and enthusiasm for growth and development Experience with Microsoft Office, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, 6Sense and HubSpot (or similar) Why Join Us?
