Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports to the Sales Development Manager located in London, UK

  • Hybrid with 3 weekly office day / London

In this role you will overlook the following responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline for our enterprise sales team through both inbound and outbound activity. You will:

  • Qualify inbound leads and marketing enquiries
  • Conduct proactive outbound outreach into target enterprise accounts
  • Conduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetings
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior sales leaders
  • Maintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in salesforce
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to share information, provide feedback, and achieve overall sales targets

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed

We are looking talent who demonstrate high achievement, drive, and commercial potential:

  • Competitive internships: evidence of high performance in work or projects
  • Leadership roles: active participation in associations, community, etc.
  • Commercial mindset: entrepreneurial projects, consulting societies, fundraising initiatives, or other evidence of initiative and business acumen
  • Knowledge of B2B tools (e.g., SalesForce, Outreach, Sales Navigator etc)
  • Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset and natural curiosity
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Previous SDR, customer-facing, or sales experience is a plus. Experience using tools like Salesforce or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is helpful, but we provide training.
