About The Role

Currently, we are actively seeking the next generation of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives to join our team, with a specific focus on the French and Italian regions. What would you do?

  • Proactively generate sales leads
  • Identify opportunities by understanding customer needs and processes
  • Craft compelling narratives to engage potential clients and maintain contact through networking
  • Build and educate Syncron executives on potential opportunities in region
  • Articulate Syncron's value proposition via email, phone, and in person
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance lead generation
  • Develop sales strategies through thorough research and analysis

Who you are? / What we expect:

  • 2-3 years of sales or business development experience, focusing on enterprise software
  • SaaS solutions experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% travel to support conferences & executive events.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with high-level executives confidently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

The icing on the cake:

  • Experience selling Pricing, Supply Chain or Field Service Management solutions
  • Experience working within the Aftermarket industry
  • Fluency in Italian
