Sales & New Business Lead (Enterprise)

Your Team
Join our collaborative, commercially driven New Business team, focused on securing high-value opportunities with Enterprise private-sector organisations (1,000+ employees). Work closely with Sales and Marketing, aligning strategies for targeted campaigns, pipeline growth, and coordinated outreach aligned with MHR’s expansion goals.
Your Impact
Take the lead in pipeline creation, generating sales-qualified leads through strategic outbound efforts—utilising tools like Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn, and 6sense. By uncovering customer insights, engaging stakeholders vertically, and contributing to multi-channel campaigns, you’ll directly impact revenue growth and strengthen MHR’s market presence.
Location: Hybrid model: Rolling attendance at the Nottingham office (NG11 6JS) two days per week. Otherwise, fully remote—balancing flexibility with in-person collaboration.
