Enterprise Sales Director (IC Strategic Sales) | Northern Europe
AI, Enterprise Transformation & Strategic Accounts
A global technology business with revenues exceeding £700m is undertaking a significant AI-led transformation and investing heavily in a newly defined enterprise growth strategy.
As part of this evolution, the business is creating the first role of its kind within Northern Europe — a senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on winning and developing large-scale strategic accounts across highly regulated industries.
This is not a traditional Account Executive role, nor is it a volume-driven sales position. The mandate is to engage senior decision-makers, shape complex transformation programmes and pursue a select number of high-value enterprise opportunities capable of generating multi-million-pound revenue outcomes.
The organisation has an established presence within Financial Services, Life Sciences, Legal and Manufacturing, but is now evolving from a predominantly services-led model towards a more technology, platform and AI-driven proposition.
As a result, they are seeking a commercially sophisticated enterprise seller capable of operating at executive level and helping customers navigate large-scale transformation initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
