Enterprise Sales Director

Backed by leading European VCs and founded by AI scientists, we are positioned at the intersection of two explosive growth markets: AI and beauty tech.
Now we are looking for seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to build and scale our global enterprise revenue engine. In this role, you will drive strategic revenue growth by leading complex, multi-region enterprise sales cycles with global beauty brands while also defining commercial strategy and owning the enterprise customer lifecycle
. What You'll DoLead complex global enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closing with multinational beauty and retail organizatio nsOwn and close high-value contracts ($250K–$2M+ ACV), including multi-brand and multi-market agreemen tsBuild and scale the enterprise sales function, including pipeline strategy, forecasting, sales processes, and KP IsLead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives, driving performance and deal executi onDefine and execute the global enterprise go-to-market strate gyEngage C-level stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise procurement and legal process esStructure multi-year enterprise contracts in collaboration with legal, finance, and leadersh ipDesign strategic rollout plans across multiple regions (US, EU, APAC, MEN A)Work closely with Product and Engineering to scope and deliver enterprise solutio nsDrive enterprise account growth, partnerships, and expansion opportuniti esRepresent the company at major international industry event

What we expect you to have to excel at this j ob:8–12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in SaaS, AI, MarTech, or similar industr iesProven track record of closing $500K–$2M+ enterprise deals with multinational organizati onsExperience building or scaling enterprise sales teams and managing Enterprise Account Executi vesStrong commercial acumen: pricing, contract structuring, forecast ingExperience with complex 6–18 month sales cycles involving multiple stakehold ersDeep understanding of SaaS revenue metrics including ARR, NRR, churn, expansion, and LTVStrong consultative selling and executive-level communication ski llsAbility to present complex AI/technical solutions to business and technical lead ersExperience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and enterprise sales to olsImpeccable English; additional languages are a p lusComfortable operating in fast-growing international startup environme
