Enterprise Sales Director – CPaaS

Location: London, UK

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director with deep expertise in Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) and a proven track record of selling into large enterprise customers across Retail, Logistics, Transportation, BFSI, Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS), and E-commerce.

The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of telecom and enterprise technology sales experience, with a strong background in winning new business, building executive-level relationships, and driving digital transformation through cloud communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales

  • Drive new business growth for CPaaS solutions across enterprise customers in Retail, Logistics, Transportation, BFSI, HLS, and E-commerce.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Business Development

  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the enterprise customer base across Europe.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Solution Selling

  • Understand customer business challenges and position CPaaS solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
  • Stay current with AI and emerging technologies and demonstrate their impact on customer engagement and CPaaS offerings.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on digital communication and customer engagement strategies.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide market feedback to internal product and leadership teams.

Required Experience

  • 15–20 years of enterprise telecom or technology sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years selling CPaaS, cloud communications, or related solutions.
  • Proven success selling into large enterprise customers across Retail, Logistics, Transportation, BFSI, Healthcare, or E-commerce.
  • Strong experience winning new logos and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of CPaaS platforms, APIs, messaging, voice, and omnichannel communication.
  • Knowledge of enterprise digital transformation initiatives and AI-driven communication solutions.
