Senior Global Sales Director
About the Role
As a data-driven eCommerce powerhouse, eStoreLabs empowers global enterprises to drive online sales growth through strategic advisory and performance-based, customised solutions. Our vision is to help brands supercharge customer acquisition and retention with measurable results.
We’re seeking a Senior Global Sales Director to lead our expansion, identify business development opportunities, and implement growth strategies to enhance customer lifetime value while attracting high-potential global clients. This role will involve managing a dynamic sales team, negotiating at enterprise C-level, and driving strategic partnerships across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
- Oversea global expansion initiatives and identify major business development opportunities
- Secure new B2B clients, particularly large-scale enterprise accounts in FMCG, retail, and consumer brands
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies, with ownership of budget allocation and financial results
- Attend and leverage conferences, meetings, and industry events to foster relationships and showcase expertise
Client Acquisition & Partnerships
- Draft and refine quotes, proposals, and bid documents for prospective clients
- Facilitate and arrange key business meetings with high-value stakeholders
- Collaborate with legal teams to draft, Review, and negotiate contracts ensuring harmonious alignment with budget and margin requirements
- Ensure margin integrity across acquired deals while maintaining execution alignment with company standards

Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead the Sales Department, driving team performance and business growth targets
- Assign and monitor sales team activities, providing guidance and qualitative/quantitative mentorship
- Train and upskill the team in selling competencies, negotiation tactics, and deep product/service knowledge
- Establish and refine scalable sales processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Track and report KPIs and sales performance metrics to the board while adjusting team strategies in response to market shifts
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise-level clients
- Proven track record of acquiring and growing large global clients in eCommerce, marketplaces, or retail media spaces
- Strong background in modern eCommerce, including:
- Digital commerce solutions
- Product content and digital shelf optimisation
- SEO, analytics, and SaaS-based tools
- Ability to sell complex, data-driven solutions (e.g., eCommerce services, content, tech-driven retail strategies)
- Experience negotiating at a C-level across multi-stakeholder, international deals
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term, strategic client partnerships
- Expertise in scaling and leading high-performance sales teams
- Sharp commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and hard KPIs
- ** fluent English (C1 or higher)**
- Willingness to travel internationally for business
