About Nebuly
Nebuly is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup building the first platform to measure the impact of enterprise AI agents.
Every enterprise function - sales, customer support, HR, finance - is deploying AI agents at scale. Every day, millions of conversations happen between employees and customers and these agents. Those conversations are the most valuable new data asset an enterprise produces - but they are unstructured, high-volume, and invisible without the right infrastructure.
Nebuly sits on top of any enterprise AI deployment and answers those questions. Think of it as the control plane for enterprise AI: connect once, measure everything, with no data ever leaving your environment.
Every new data category has created a new software category. CRM for customer interactions. Product analytics for user behavior. Nebuly is building that layer for AI agents.
Our customers include Oura, CNH Industrial, Vodafone, and Moncler. Demand is accelerating fast and we are building the team to match.
🎯 Your Role
As our Enterprise Sales Director in London, you will lead and grow our UK and European commercial team. We already have a footprint on the ground. Now we need a player-coach to own the market, carry a personal quota, and build the team around you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Own a personal revenue quota alongside team quota.
- Build and execute the GTM strategy for UK and European market.
- Source and close new business opportunities with enterprise customers ($100–250k ACV), with a clear path to expanding deal size as the product and market mature.
- Run full-cycle consultative sales: sourcing → pilot → business case → negotiation → close.
- Convince and align multiple stakeholders: product, AI, Marketing, IT, legal, procurement.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility and success of pilots.
- Represent Nebuly in the UK (and European) ecosystem through events, relationships, and outreach.

- Experience working alongside system integrators and advisory firms - you know how to bring them into a deal, co-sell with them, and build the relationship that eventually generates referrals.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, a lean process, and building as you go
