Enterprise Sales Executive
HR Tech | Enterprise SaaS | £120,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | Remote
Are you a strategic Enterprise Sales professional who thrives in complex, high-value sales environments? Do you enjoy engaging C-suite stakeholders, building compelling business cases, and helping organisations solve large-scale workforce challenges?
We're partnered with a global HR technology leader looking to hire an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth across major enterprise organisations. This isn't a transactional software sale. It's an opportunity to sell a transformative solution that helps some of the world's largest employers improve employee engagement, retention, performance and workplace culture.
The Opportunity
- Managing complex enterprise sales cycles with organisations employing 10,000+ people
- Working closely with senior decision-makers including CHROs, CEOs, CFOs, and executive leadership teams
- Identifying opportunities, developing account plans, building consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Helping organisations understand the commercial impact of investing in their people
- Inheriting existing opportunities while also developing new business across your territory
- Supported by a strong SDR function, marketing team, and established event programme

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through to close
- Selling to executive and board-level stakeholders across large enterprise organisations
- Developing and executing strategic territory and account plans
- Building relationships with multiple decision-makers and influencers
- Presenting business cases and demonstrating the value of workforce transformation initiatives
- Working collaboratively with internal teams including SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership
- Driving new business growth while expanding existing opportunities
- Representing the business through customer meetings, events, and industry initiatives
About You
We're looking for a high-performing enterprise seller with a proven track record of success in SaaS sales. You'll likely bring:
- Experience selling into enterprise organisations with 10,000+ employees
- A history of exceeding sales targets within complex sales environments
- Strong experience managing six-figure enterprise deals
- The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive teams
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Experience building pipeline and creating opportunities within a territory
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- The ability to navigate long and complex sales cycles
