Help Shape the Future of Advertising Intelligence

Imagine selling technology that helps the world's leading advertising agencies win more business, improve profitability and make smarter decisions using AI.

That's exactly what we do.

Kogenta is building the next generation of AI-powered location intelligence for the advertising industry. Our platform combines location intelligence, movement data, predictive analytics and powerful visualisation tools to help agencies win pitches, plan campaigns, measure and optimise performance and strengthen client relationships.

We're already working with some of the world's largest advertising organisations and are now looking for an ambitious Enterprise Sales Executive to help accelerate our next phase of growth.

If you're looking for a role where you'll be trusted with responsibility from day one, rewarded for performance and given the opportunity to develop into an elite enterprise sales professional, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join Kogenta?

This isn't just another SaaS sales role.

You'll be joining a fast-growing AI technology company where you'll work directly with our CEO and leadership team, selling genuinely innovative products that solve real commercial problems for some of the biggest names in advertising.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Sell cutting-edge AI, data and SaaS solutions.
  • Work directly with senior decision makers across leading advertising agencies and media organisations.
  • Earn exceptional uncapped commission.
  • Make a visible impact on a rapidly growing international business.
  • Build a career with significant progression opportunities as the company grows.

What You'll Own

This is a true end-to-end enterprise sales role.

You'll take ownership of opportunities from first conversation through to commercial negotiation and signed agreement.

You'll work with senior executives including:

  • Chief Strategy Officers
  • Data Directors
  • Planning Directors
  • Investment Directors
  • Client Leads
  • Managing Directors

Rather than simply selling data and software, you'll help agencies solve commercial challenges.

You'll learn how advertising agencies generate revenue, where profitability is won and lost, how they differentiate themselves during competitive pitches and how better data helps them deliver superior outcomes for their clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
