We are looking for an ambitious Enterprise Sales Manager to join a fast-growing UK-based MarTech business that is transforming how organisations across the foodservice, wholesale, beverage and FMCG sectors engage customers.

This is a high-impact new business role focused on identifying and winning enterprise customers across untapped markets. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity creation through to negotiation and close, building relationships with senior stakeholders and securing high-value commercial partnerships.

With a proven technology platform, strong market credibility and significant white-space opportunity, this is an exciting opportunity for an enterprise sales professional who thrives on opening new accounts, navigating complex organisations and closing six-figure deals.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic enterprise sales plan focused on acquiring new customers across foodservice, wholesale, FMCG and adjacent markets.
  • Identify, qualify and close complex enterprise opportunities with six-figure contract values.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers including Commercial Directors, Sales Directors, Marketing Leaders, Operations teams and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Own the complete enterprise sales process, from outbound prospecting and discovery through solution positioning, commercial negotiation and contract signature.
  • Understand customer challenges and translate them into compelling technology-led business solutions.
  • Create strong business cases that demonstrate measurable value, ROI and commercial impact.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities using a structured, data-driven sales approach.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to successful customer adoption.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape product strategy and future growth.
  • Develop relationships within target industries and create new opportunities through networking, referrals and strategic account mapping.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
