Infopro Digital, the global B2B group specialising in information, data and technology solutions, is currently looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to strengthen the team at its Red-on-line (ROL) business in London.

As the business continues to expand, Red-on-line is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition and support its ambitious growth strategy.
Role Overview:
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, focusing on the acquisition of new clients and driving substantial new business revenue. This position entails identifying prospective clients, facilitating smooth transitions to the delivery team post-agreement, and ensuring effective onboarding. Depending on the strategic needs of the account, your involvement may continue with the account team over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients within designated territories.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and budget authorities within target organizations.
- Sales Presentations: Craft and deliver impactful discovery calls, presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal resources such as Pre-Sales teams, Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, and Executive Sponsors throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Negotiation: Lead deal negotiations to close sales while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Account Handover: Smoothly transition acquired clients to the delivery team during project initiation, ensuring clear communication during onboarding.
- Strategic Insight: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to uncover new business opportunities, in collaboration with Marketing and Demand Generation teams.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in SaaS or compliance-oriented solutions.
- Skills: Exceptional strategic selling capabilities, adept at relationship management, problem-solving, and negotiation.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, with a capacity for challenging existing paradigms.
