About GoKwik
GoKwik is one of the fastest-growing eCommerce enablement companies in the world. Backed by top-tier VCs (Sequoia, Matrix Partners) and valued at $450M, we are already a dominant force in the Asian market.
We are bringing 5 years of experience in the biggest WhatsApp market in the world to the UK, empowering retailers and our partner agencies to move beyond standard SMS and email marketing to build genuine, high-value relationships via WhatsApp, focusing on Retention and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
About the Role
This is our first Enterprise SDR hire in the UK, joining a team of two SMB SDRs. You'd work 1:1 with Enterprise Account Executives on a defined book of enterprise brands: choosing the accounts, researching them properly, and opening conversations with relevant stakeholders.
The UK is a new market for us, so nobody is going to hand you a finished playbook. You'll help write it alongside a senior team to coach you through it.
Expect roughly 6 days a month on the road for brand meetings, partner events and team offsites.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- One to two years in a B2B SaaS SDR/BDR role, with a track record of hitting or beating target
- Evidence of researching accounts yourself and writing your own outreach, rather than running a sequence someone else built
- Comfortable speaking to director level and above, and confident holding a conversation with someone far more senior than you
- Strong written communication. Most of your first impressions will be made in writing. We welcome creativity!
- Self-direction. New market, unfinished playbook, and you need to enjoy that rather than tolerate it

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Performance Targets and Key Metrics (KPIs)
We measure success by the quality and depth of the pipeline created, not just raw volume. Your primary metric is securing meaningful, qualified engagements with large-scale organisations.
Primary monthly target
- 4 sourced and completed meetings per month: Secure a minimum of 4 initial discovery meetings per calendar month that successfully take place with target enterprise brands.
- Ideal Account Profile (ICP): Target brands must have a minimum annual revenue of £10 million and fit our industry verticals.
- Target personas: Meetings must be booked with Director, VP or C-level decision-makers within those accounts.
Supporting weekly activity
To hit your monthly goal of 4 high-quality meetings, a typical week of strategic outreach looks like:
- A standing book Enterprise accounts: Constantly researching and multi-threading within a dedicated book of Enterprise target accounts.
- Around 30 outreach points a day: Deeply customised emails, phone calls, tailored video messages (Loom) and social touches on LinkedIn, rather than automated bulk email.
- 100% data accuracy: Mapping at least 3 to 5 key stakeholders per target account in our CRM.
How We Help You Win
To ensure you hit your target of 4 enterprise meetings, we don't leave you empty-handed. We provide:
- High-intent data: Access to tools like Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot to identify which £10M+ brands are actively searching for solutions like ours.
- 1:1 AE alignment: Weekly strategy sessions with your assigned Account Executive to co-author account strategies and customise messaging.
- Content support: Pre-built marketing collateral, case studies and pitch decks tailored specifically to large-scale enterprise pain points.
- Commission structure: Higher individual payouts for qualified Enterprise accounts, in addition to an SMB commission structure.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Your First 90 Days
- Month 1: Onboarding on the product, the UK ICP and the WhatsApp retention story. Shadowing live calls. Building your first account list with your AE. Target: one to two sourced meetings.
- Month 2: Running your own outreach across a full book of 20 to 25 accounts. Target: three sourced meetings.
- Month 3: Full target of four sourced and completed meetings a month.
Where This Goes
We're building the UK team from the ground up, and this is the first Enterprise SDR seat in it. The intended path is progression to a Junior AE role. As the market grows, this is also the seat that shapes how we hire and onboard the SDRs who come after you.
Interview Process
- 30 minutes with an Enterprise Account Executive. A conversation about your experience, goals, and desire to be part of the GoKwik team.
- Practical exercise: pick one brand from our ICP, research it, and bring us the outreach you'd send. We'll review it together.
- Final conversation with Mike Gartland, UK Sales Director.
Equal Opportunities
GoKwik is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from everyone, and we'll make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process. Tell us what you need.
