Shape the future of Enterprise consulting in the AI era.
An ambitious, AI-native consulting firm is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sector Leader to build and grow its Enterprise consulting practice.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth consultancy where you'll have genuine ownership of a market, influence the firm's strategic direction, and help some of the UK's largest organisations navigate complex transformation challenges through AI, organisational change and business consulting.
If you're currently leading growth within a management or technology consultancy and want the opportunity to build something with real autonomy, this role offers the platform to do exactly that.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the executive leadership team, you'll define and execute the Enterprise market strategy, develop senior client relationships, create new consulting propositions and drive sustainable revenue growth across large private sector organisations.
This is a highly commercial leadership role, with approximately 70% of your time focused on winning new business, growing strategic accounts and expanding the firm's market presence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
