Enterprise Security Architect (Telecoms / Mobile Networks)

£700 per day | Inside IR35 | Hybrid (London or Bristol, 2 days per week)

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Security Architect to join a major programme delivering secure, resilient telecommunications infrastructure within a highly regulated environment.

This is an opportunity to shape enterprise security architecture across complex mobile network platforms, influencing the security strategy for critical communications technologies.

What you'll be doing

  • Define and evolve enterprise security architecture across mobile telecoms environments.
  • Design secure target-state architectures covering 4G/5G Core, Radio Access Networks (RAN), OSS/BSS and enterprise platforms.
  • Develop secure architectures for hybrid and AWS cloud environments.
  • Apply architecture frameworks including TOGAF, SABSA and ArchiMate.
  • Produce enterprise architecture artefacts and security standards.
  • Lead security architecture across network virtualisation, SDN/NFV, Open RAN, edge computing and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct threat modelling, security design reviews and risk assessments.
  • Develop security reference architectures, patterns and best practice.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards including ISO 27001, NIS/NIS2, GDPR, NCSC guidance and GSMA security frameworks.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, architecture and governance teams to embed security by design.
  • Provide technical assurance across complex programmes and evaluate emerging technologies and threats.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
