Location: Oxford, Hybrid working

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to take ownership of architecture across major business and technology programmes. Working across platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Fabric, you'll define target-state architectures, guide integration strategy, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to business objectives.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead architecture governance, and work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver robust enterprise-wide solutions.
Key requirements:
- Proven Enterprise Architecture experience across complex environments
- Strong expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric
- Experience architecting integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
- Knowledge of architecture governance, roadmaps, standards, and best practices
