About the Role
The Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Expense will drive the growth of Navan Expense by helping scale the solution and deliver exceptional client outcomes. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams—all the way to the C-Suite—to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Account Managers to expand Expense offerings within strategic travel accounts
- Implementing the Expense solution and increasing adoption at the enterprise level
- Combining financial expertise with Navan’s expense/payments platform knowledge to drive revenue
This role is ideal for an accounting/finance subject matter expert looking to lead their career while contributing to the foundation of a new team in a global, multi-product SaaS organisation.

Responsibilities
Enterprise Growth & Solution Implementation
- Develop a deep understanding of Navan’s expense and payments solution, including its value proposition and technical inner workings.
- Leverage accounting/finance expertise alongside Navan Expense platform knowledge to:
- Implement the Expense solution for clients
- Help clients realise the full benefits of Navan’s product
- Assist Account Managers in troubleshooting by providing expertise on:
- Policy efficiency optimisation
- Accounting process compliance
- ERP system integrations
Training & Revenue Growth Support
- Train and upskill the Account Management team on:
- Value proposition of Navan Expense
- Product capabilities to drive usage and revenue
- Act as the voice of expense customers, collaborating with:
- Product teams to shape future features
- Finance, operations, and implementation teams to drive product development
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 4+ years in accounting/finance with:
- Hands-on experience in ERP system integrations and month-end reporting/closing
- 3+ years in a financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS role, preferably as:
- Solutions Consultant
- Implementation Manager
- Professional Services Consultant (preferably in a rapidly scaling company)
- Experience controlling and advising on on-premise and SaaS expense management solutions, preferably for enterprise clients
- Strong technical financial knowledge, including:
- Advanced Excel, accounting principles, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle Financials, SAP)
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and prioritise work amid fast-paced change
