Enterprise Strategy Manager (London, Hybrid)

We are urgently looking for an Enterprise Strategy Manager (London, Hybrid) on a contract basis (Inside IR35) to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the organisation. The role involves defining strategic problem statements, leading hypothesis-driven analysis, managing multiple strategic workstreams, and developing executive-level recommendations that support enterprise decision-making. You will partner with senior stakeholders, influence strategic direction, and deliver board-ready insights within a complex, regulated Financial Services environment.

  • Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution.
  • Hypothesis-driven problem solving and structured strategic analysis.
  • Develop fact-based recommendations and strategic options for executive leadership.
  • Create board-ready presentations, executive communications, and compelling strategic narratives.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple strategic workstreams across the organisation.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management, influencing and alignment skills.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and complex enterprise programmes.
  • Identify strategic risks, opportunities, dependencies, and business impacts.
  • Translate market research, customer insights, and business data into actionable strategy.
  • Balance strategic thinking with delivery and execution.
  • Experience within Corporate Strategy, Enterprise Strategy, or Strategy Consulting.
  • Background in Financial Services, Banking, or other regulated industries.
  • MBA or experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, LEK, Kearney, Roland Berger, EY-Parthenon, Monitor Deloitte) is highly desirable.
