Enterprise Support Engineer | Linux & Hosting | B Corp Certified, Cloud Provider

£35,000–£42,000 salary (depending on experience)
Fully remote working (UK-based)

The Role:

You’ll join a fast-growing cloud and hosting provider delivering bespoke infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers across hybrid and public cloud environments.

Operating at the true 3rd line level, you’ll take ownership of complex technical incidents and see them through to resolution. This is a customer-facing role within a Managed Services team responsible for keeping business-critical systems online, from high-traffic websites to database-driven applications.

You won’t just escalate problems, you’ll solve them.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Extensive Linux system administration experience
  • Experience in a hosting or Managed Service Provider environment
  • AWS support experience
  • Understanding of Networks

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Own incidents and service requests end-to-end in line with SLAs
  • Troubleshoot across Linux and Windows systems, networking, applications and cloud platforms
  • Support AWS-hosted workloads and hybrid cloud environments
  • Resolve performance issues, database queries and infrastructure bottlenecks
  • Support routine patching, maintenance and system updates
  • Manage firewalls, access queries and network-level issues
  • Proactively monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts
  • Document fixes, contribute to runbooks and improve operational processes
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to enhance automation and service reliability

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
