We are currently hiring an Enterprise Systems Analyst

Your mission at Epassi

Epassi is wellbeing that works. We are on a mission to be Europe's leading digital employee-benefits platform.

Epassi's FinApps estate is live across three European markets and expanding rapidly, with Sweden, Netherlands, UK and VIPD going live through 2026 and 2027. Coupled with this is an appetite for growth in our CRM estate. This role exists to ensure the platforms serving Finance and CRM teams across those markets run reliably, improve continuously, and scale without incident as the estate grows.

Reports directly to the FinApps Application Owner and is embedded closely with Finance teams across all live markets. One of three immediate hires building out the Business Systems function, this role operates as the analytical and operational engine of the FinApps vertical, the person who keeps the platforms running and actively makes them work better, growing to support the CRM estate over time.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

This role has four focus areas: Platform Reliability as the operational baseline, Continuous Improvement as the primary purpose, Growing Scope across the full enterprise systems estate over time, and building the platform foundation that enables Epassi to capture AI and Automation benefits.

Platform reliability and BAU support

  • Ensures the FinApps platforms across all live markets (NetSuite, Cobase, Lucanet and Zone & Co) are monitored daily, and issues are acted on before they reach Finance
  • Manages user accounts, period management, and configuration changes within the agreed governance framework, every change tested in sandbox, documented, and traceable
  • Builds and maintains operational runbooks for all core processes so that cover is always possible and no single person holds critical knowledge

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Continuous Improvement (primary Focus)

  • Under direction from the Application Owner, works closely with Finance teams to understand what they are working around, what takes longer than it should, and where the platform is limiting rather than enabling them and then does something about it
  • Investigates issues back to their root cause rather than fixing the symptom. If the same problem is surfacing repeatedly, the answer is in the configuration or the process, not in closing the ticket again
  • Brings improvement opportunities forward to the Application Owner with a clear rationale and tracks the impact after implementation, so there is a measurable record of how the platforms are getting better
  • Identifies where platform capability is being underused and works with Finance teams to close that gap, increasing the value they get from systems they are already paying for

Scaling scope over time

  • Starts with the FinApps vertical and progressively extends analytical and operational ownership into the wider enterprise systems landscape (CRM tooling and beyond) as the Business Systems function grows
  • Builds expertise across multiple platforms rather than deepening into a single system, developing the breadth that makes enterprise-wide systems ownership a natural next step
  • Contributes to the standards and documentation that allow the function to scale without losing quality as new markets go live and new systems are introduced

Enabling AI and automation

  • Maintains the platform data quality and operational rigour that AI and automation depend on. Unreliable data and undocumented processes are the primary barrier to AI delivering value, and this role removes them
  • Identifies where Finance teams are doing manually what could be automated and surfaces those opportunities with enough operational context for a business case to be made
  • Ensures the FinApps estate is governed and documented in a way that makes it legible to AI tools and automation layers, so when Epassi's AI programme builds on the platform, it is building on something solid

You’ll Be Successful In This Role If You

  • Hands-on operational or development experience with NetSuite and broader FinApps estate. You understand how the system works beneath the surface, not just how to use it
  • A genuine analytical mindset. When something goes wrong, you trace it to the root cause rather than fixing the symptom, and when something works poorly, you investigate why before you try how to improve it
  • Familiarity with financial operations or bank reconciliation processes. You understand what the numbers mean and why Finance teams care about them, not just how to run the script
  • Strong documentation discipline. You leave every runbook, configuration record, and process better than you found it, in a way that someone else can pick up without asking you
  • A proactive improvement orientation. You notice where things could work better and bring that forward rather than waiting to be pointed at a problem
  • An appetite to grow across a broader systems estate. The role starts with FinApps and expands deliberately, and the right person sees that as the most interesting part of the opportunity. CRM experience is a great addition.

What You’ll Be Doing (daily)

You will keep the FinApps platforms running reliably across all live markets and make them progressively more effective for the Finance teams that depend on them, combining day-to-day operational discipline with a continuous improvement mindset that goes beyond just keeping the lights on.

Where the FinApps Application Owner sets the strategic direction and governs the vendor relationships, you will sit closer to the systems and the people using them, investigating issues, identifying where things could work better, and driving improvements forward. You will be the person who catches platform problems before Finance notices them and who spots the manual workaround a Finance team has been living with and fixes it.
