The Opportunity:

We are seeking an engineering focused Enterprise Services Engineer—not a developer role—who has solid, hands-on experience operating within complex enterprise service environments. This role requires someone who can independently manage multiple enterprise grade services, ensure platform stability, meet service-level agreements (SLAs), and proactively identify and resolve performance issues.

The successful candidate will support existing on-premises services with a forward-looking mandate: migrating and modernizing these services into Azure over time. This position requires deep technical breadth and exceptional troubleshooting capabilities across Windows-based enterprise ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot multiple enterprise services to ensure stability, performance, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Perform advanced performance monitoring using both native and third-party enterprise tools.
  • Lead and contribute to service modernization efforts, including structured migration of on-premises capabilities into Azure.
  • Execute deep engineering-level troubleshooting for Windows desktop platforms, including boot-level debugging for CSI operations.
  • Provide engineering support for Citrix VDI environments and enterprise-scale identity and endpoint platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service readiness, effective incident response, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to enterprise service engineering documentation, standards, and automation where applicable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
